簡要規(guī)則描述：為推進城市安全風險綜合監(jiān)測預警體系建設，提升張江社區(qū)防汛積水監(jiān)測預警整體水平，本項目擬通過公開采購的方式，選取一家合格的供應商為張江鎮(zhèn)小區(qū)的機動車庫、非機動車庫、小區(qū)路面等****個重點點位進行積水監(jiān)測預警，推動社區(qū)積水內澇治理從事后處置向事前預防轉變。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:To advance the comprehensive monitoring and early warning system for urban safety risks and enhance the overall flood and waterlogging monitoring capabilities in Zhangjiang Community, this project proposes to select a qualified supplier through open procurement to implement waterlogging monitoring and early warning at **** key locations, including motor vehicle parking lots, non-motor vehicle parking lots, and community road surfaces in Zhangjiang Town. This initiative aims to shift flood and waterlogging management from post-event response to proactive prevention. (For details, refer to Chapter 3: Procurement Requirements.)
合同履約期限：合同簽訂之日起****天內完成全部設備供貨、安裝、調試等并通過采購人驗收合格，免費質保期不少于1年。
The Contract Period:Complete all equipment supply, installation, commissioning, etc. within **** days from the date of contract signing and pass the purchaser's acceptance inspection. The free warranty period shall not be less than 1 year.
