1) 遵守國家法律、法令和條例，在中華人民共和國境內(nèi)登記注冊(cè)的，具有獨(dú)立法人資格的企業(yè)或事業(yè)單位，提交營業(yè)執(zhí)照或事業(yè)單位法人證書復(fù)印件；境外投標(biāo)人須提供有效的企業(yè)登記證明材料；

1) Comply with national laws, decrees, and regulations. For enterprises or public institutions registered within the territory of the People&#****;s Republic of China and possessing independent legal person status, submit copies of the business license or public institution legal person certificate. 2) 投標(biāo)人近3年（****年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止之日），須具有不少于1份與本項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的類似項(xiàng)目業(yè)績，須提供合同復(fù)印件（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)，且內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括用戶名稱、項(xiàng)目內(nèi)容及合同雙方蓋章頁等關(guān)鍵信息）；

2) The bidder must have no fewer than one similar project performance record related to this project within the past three years (from January 1, ****, to the bid submission deadline). A copy of the contract (based on the contract signing date, including key information such as the user name, project content, and the stamped pages of both parties) must be provided;

3）投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為制造商或代理商；如為代理商，則應(yīng)取得制造商相應(yīng)制造商授權(quán)；

3) The bidder shall be the manufacturer or an authorized agent; if an agent, it must obtain corresponding authorization from the manufacturer;

4）境內(nèi)投標(biāo)人提供中國人民銀行出具的銀行基本賬戶開戶許可證復(fù)印件或由為企業(yè)開立基本存款賬戶的銀行出具的具有企業(yè)其本存款賬戶編號(hào)的說明文件原件或復(fù)印件；

4) The domestic bidder shall provide a copy of the bank account opening license issued by the people&#****;s bank of China. Or the copy of the explanatory document with the basic account number issued by the bank that opens the basic account;.

5）投標(biāo)人須提供其開戶銀行在開標(biāo)前三個(gè)月內(nèi)開具的資信證明，其中境內(nèi)的投標(biāo)人提供由其開立基本賬戶的銀行開具的資信證明，如資信證明中明確注明復(fù)印無效的，則必須出具該資信證明原件；

5) Bidders must provide a credit certificate issued by their bank within three months prior to the bid opening. Domestic bidders must provide a credit certificate issued by the bank where they opened their basic account. If the credit certificate clearly states that a copy is invalid, the original copy of the credit certificate must be provided;

6）投標(biāo)人須承諾使用招標(biāo)人采購合同模板；
