3、投標(biāo)人資格要求 /Qualification Requirements For Bidder：

1) 遵守國(guó)家法律、法令和條例，在中華人民共和國(guó)境內(nèi)登記注冊(cè)的，具有獨(dú)立法人資格的企業(yè)，提交營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件；境外投標(biāo)人須提供有效的企業(yè)登記證明材料；

1) The bidder registered in the People&#****;s Republic of China shall provide a copy of the business license; Overseas bidders shall provide valid enterprise registration documents

2) 投標(biāo)人須具有葉尖間隙傳感器產(chǎn)品或技術(shù)服務(wù)類似項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)，須提供合同復(fù)印件（需體現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容及合同雙方蓋章頁(yè)等關(guān)鍵信息）；

2) The bidder must possess experience in similar projects involving blade tip clearance sensor products or technical services, and must provide a copy of the contract (including key information such as project content and the signed pages by both contracting parties);

3）投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為制造商或代理商；如為傳感器的代理商，則應(yīng)取得傳感器制造商相應(yīng)制造商授權(quán)；

3) Bidders should be manufacturers or agents; If you are an agent of the sensor, you should obtain the corresponding manufacturer authorization from the sensor manufacturer;

4）境內(nèi)投標(biāo)人提供中國(guó)人民銀行出具的銀行基本賬戶開戶許可證復(fù)印件或由為企業(yè)開立基本存款賬戶的銀行出具的具有企業(yè)其本存款賬戶編號(hào)的說(shuō)明文件原件或復(fù)印件；

4) The domestic bidder shall provide a copy of the bank account opening license issued by the people&#****;s bank of China. Or the copy of the explanatory document with the basic account number issued by the bank that opens the basic account;.

5）投標(biāo)人須提供其開戶銀行在開標(biāo)前三個(gè)月內(nèi)開具的資信證明，其中境內(nèi)的投標(biāo)人提供由其開立基本賬戶的銀行開具的資信證明，如資信證明中明確注明復(fù)印無(wú)效的，則必須出具該資信證明原件；

5) Bidders must provide a credit certificate issued by their bank within three months prior to the bid opening. Domestic bidders must provide a credit certificate issued by the bank where they opened their basic account. If the credit certificate clearly states that a copy is invalid, the original copy of the credit certificate must be provided;

6）投標(biāo)人須承諾使用招標(biāo)人采購(gòu)合同模板；

8）投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供《供應(yīng)商知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)聲明》（詳見：《附件4：供應(yīng)商知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)聲明》）；
