Brief Specification Description:This project aims to improve the safety and functionality of the school through the renovation of the sports field, further enhancing and optimizing the campus appearance, and creating a safe and harmonious campus environment. The maintenance mainly includes the removal and construction of the sports field surface layer, the laying of plastic surface layer, the repair of open ditches and drainage pipes, and the renovation of the foundation layer. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：3)供應商應具備以下施工資質：中華人民共和國住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設部頒發(fā)的施工總承包建筑工程三級或以上資質；4)具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；5)擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；6)業(yè)績要求：無；7)其他要求：處于被政府管理部門禁止參加政府采購活動期間的單位不得參與競爭。8)本項目不允許轉包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3) Suppliers should possess the following construction qualifications: Level III or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development of the People's Republic of China; 4) Having a valid safety production license; 5) The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 6) Performance requirements: none; 7) Other requirements: Units that are prohibited from participating in government procurement activities by government management departments shall not participate in competition. 8) This project does not allow subcontracting.
