Brief Specification Description:This project involves the renovation of sports facilities to meet safety and functional requirements, further improving and optimizing the campus environment to create a secure and harmonious school setting. The maintenance work primarily includes the removal and reconstruction of the sports field surface layer, installation of synthetic rubber flooring, repair of open gutters and drainage pipes, and renewal of the base layer. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：3)供應(yīng)商應(yīng)具備以下施工資質(zhì)：中華人民共和國住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的施工總承包建筑工程三級或以上資質(zhì)；4)具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；5)擬派項目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負(fù)責(zé)人；6)業(yè)績要求：無；7)其他要求：處于被政府管理部門禁止參加政府采購活動期間的單位不得參與競爭。8)本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
