Brief Specification Description:Through the transformation of sports venues, this project can make the school meet the requirements in terms of safety and functionality, further improve and optimize the campus appearance, and create a safe and harmonious campus environment. The maintenance contents mainly include the demolition and construction of the sports ground surface, the paving of the plastic surface, the repair of open ditches and drainage pipes, and the renovation of the foundation layer. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）供應(yīng)商應(yīng)具備以下施工資質(zhì)：中華人民共和國住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的施工總承包建筑工程三級或以上資質(zhì)；（4）具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；（5）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；（6）業(yè)績要求：無；（7）其他要求：處于被政府管理部門禁止參加政府采購活動期間的單位不得參與競爭。（8）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
