簡要規(guī)則描述：唐鎮(zhèn)誠樂路（唐龍路-銀樽路），北起唐龍路，南至銀樽路，道路全長約0.****公里(以實測為準)，規(guī)劃道路紅線寬****米，規(guī)劃道路等級為城市支路。為配合誠樂路總體建設，現(xiàn)對擬建設的誠樂路與唐龍路影響道路施工的地下通信光纜進行搬遷。本項目主要建設內(nèi)容：包括通信光纜及附屬設施等的拆除、重新安裝、調(diào)試以及電纜井、開挖排管、敷設和修復等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單及圖紙）
Brief Specification Description:Changzhen Chengle Road (from Tanglong Road to Yinzun Road), starting from Tanglong Road in the north and ending at Yinzun Road in the south, with a total length of approximately 0.**** kilometers (based on actual measurement), the planned road紅線 width is **** meters， and the planned road grade is a city branch road. To facilitate the overall construction of Chengle Road， the underground communication optical cables that may affect the road construction of Chengle Road and Tanglong Road are now being relocated. The main construction contents of this project include the removal， reinstallation， debugging of communication optical cables and ancillary facilities， as well as the construction of cable shafts， excavation of pipe trenches， laying and repair， etc. (The specific quantities and requirements are detailed in the bill of quantities and drawings.)

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：1、具有通信工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)；2、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；3、擬派項目負責人具有通信與廣電工程專業(yè)一級注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；4、業(yè)績要求：無；5、其他要求：無。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Possessing the qualification of Class III or above for general contracting of communication engineering construction; 2. Having a safety production license (valid within the validity period); 3. The project leader to be dispatched should have the professional qualification of first-level registered construction engineer in communication and broadcasting engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 4.
