The bidder shall have the basic design of the jacket structure with a water depth of not less than **** meters, or the independent verification of the basic design, or the detailed design, or the independent verification service acceptance performance of the detailed design, from January 1, **** to the bid deadline (subject to the contract signing time), and the analysis content that satisfies each performance includes at least the jacket presence analysis and installation analysis.2. The bidder shall submit relevant performance supporting documents.
